Vacancy: Lecturer Post, Institute of Health and Society, Newcastle University

We are seeking to appoint a new Lecturer in the Institute of Health and Society at Newcastle University. Details are below.

Based in the Institute of Health & Society you will be a creative academic with an excellent and growing research record in social sciences, health services or public health research and teaching.

You must have a PhD, quantitative or mixed methods experience of health services research; a commitment to participate in collaborative multidisciplinary research and the capacity to become a research leader. Your research interests and experiences should align broadly with decision making and the organisation and delivery of health care. Quantitative or mixed methods experience of health services research is essential.

Closing date:  31st January 2012  Salary scale: £31798 - £44016
